Your notes sync through your own iCloud account. There's no company server storing your data, no account to create and no password to remember.
Tasks due today show up on your lock screen, and the reminder clears itself the moment you complete or delete the task. Turn it off any time in Settings.
Tap +, type it, choose Today, Tomorrow or a date — done. Deleted notes rest in Trash for 30 days, just in case you change your mind.
